1. Remember
· Start with a compliment.
· ChatGpt helpful to quickly pull up citations.
· Parallel the logical holes they commit to atheists and muslims and other people they disagree with.
· Maybe also say Yahweh just to take that bullet out of their chamber.
· Pay attention to when they change the subject or try to go to a different verse. Don’t let them.
· As much as possible centre all your questions around the bible, yeah but where does the bible say anything about…? Show them you love the bible as much as they think they do.
· Prepare, go to their website, know their answer, then present your argument and their answer before them.
2. You Just Want To Argue!
· No I just love truth. Arguing is not bad. The Truth can stand up to criticism which is why you want to end the conversation because you do not have it. The bible says you should be prepared to give a defense for your hope and that you should tear down arguments against the knowledge of God, and that you should work hard to persuade others and urges us to defend the faith and commands us to condemn and stop false teachers, and be able to teach patiently with difficult people and gently correct them, Paul debated in synagogues regularly as well as Stephen. You must be able to hold fast to the word and refute those who contradict it.
· So if I’m wrong and I’m not here yelling at you being rude, its your biblical obligation to stand here and persuade me but you can’t because the Watchtower tells you to disengage not the bible.
3. Why Trust Them?
· So just to be clear…the Watchtower is NOT infallible? And it CAN and HAS made mistakes? All of those things apply to you and me so why can’t WE read the bible and interpret it ourselves? You know when you die Yahweh is going to judge you based on YOU alone? You are responsible for everything you say do and think which means it’s YOUR job to discern God’s instruction. When you die and you find out the watchtower lied, how exactly are you going to justify yourself before God?
· Watchtower 2007 Apr 1 p22 says Jesus inspected the FADS in 1918 and entrusted them. So why didn’t he condemn them for all their false doctrines and beliefs at that time including but not limited to blood being acceptable for christians, praying to and worshiping Jesus, celebrating bdays and xmas, using crosses.
· What is the actual difference between you and some Christian that reads the bible for themselves? Because I think there would be 95% overlap in morality, mental health and general outcome. Which is strange if the GB is essential for knowing the bible and Yahweh.
· Can you tell me where I’m going wrong with this train of thought. Because right now I see circular reasoning. The GB says I should trust them because God has chosen them but I have to take their word that God actually did choose them.
· And they compare themselves to other biblical authorities but God proved them all with miracles. There are NO exceptions to that, except for the FADS. Can they compare themselves to anyone or anything in the Bible that didn’t have supernatural backing? And it should be noted that God DIDN’T WANT people to be led by other humans. 1 Sam 8:7. “It is I whom they have rejected from being King over them.” They insisted on a middle man. Watchtower insists on BEING the middle man. No one that they compare themselves to made any false prophecies in fact it’s punishable by death.
· They use the dispute in Acts 15 to argue for a organized body to settle doctrine and their translation refers to the ‘governing body,’ v22 and 23 clearly say the apostles, elders AND the whole congregation MADE the DECISION to send men. Very democratic unlike JW.
· Sidenote: it is rather cringey and gross to see them exalt themselves in third person and tell everyone else what to do with inclusive language like “we need to follow everything the FADS says without question because that’s what’s best for us”.
· The GB says your spiritual health depends on them, and to obey them to have Jehovah’s approval, and that God and Jesus completely trust them so we should too. “Watch out that you are not deceived. For many will come in my name claiming ‘I am he’ and ‘the time is near. Do not follow them.”
· They compare people who think independantly to Satan. They admit that when people read the bible for themselves they come to very different conclusions from them namely traditional Christianity.
· In complete violation of “test the spirits” they say it’s not necessary to spend energy in research as they have people to do that for you. This is how corruption spreads through science and medicine FYI. They say they don’t endorse anything not written by them and if anyone wishes to do extra bible study then they should use their material. In fact, far from test the spirits they tell you to obey even if it seems strange and to not harbor private ideas and opinions or to second guess or be suspicious. They say curiosity should never cause you to explore outside ideas and avoid everything else apart from them like its poison “why should we ever want to look anywhere else?” But the bible says you are supposed to be grounded in the word so you’re not blown about by every wind of teaching. This is important because we are expected to engage in the war of ideas. But JW’s don’t want this because they are not the truth and would not hold up. Now they’ve obviously heard this before because “It would be a mistake to think that you need to listen to apostates or to read their writings to refute their arguments. Their twisted, poisonous reasoning can cause spiritual harm and can contaminate your faith like rapidly spreading gangrene.” (Watchtower 2004 Feb 15 p28). But again, that’s their opinion contradicting scripture.
· 1 Cor 7:23 “You were bought with a price, stop becoming slaves of men.”
· They constantly say they only believe scripture and then in the same breath will tell you 3 different times to check out their website and resources to learn more.
4. Doctrines: It’s best to avoid verse for verse debates and stay broader but if it comes to it:
· The Trinity
Ø Why did God make it LOOK like Jesus is God? Why would he cause so many to be deceived when even as the Watchtower states in the commentary of Col 1 and ‘all other things’ it actually DOES look like Jesus is deified. John 1, Heb 1, Col 1.
Ø What are the actual harms caused by believing Jesus is God? I believe every false teaching and sin is shown by its fruits like Jesus said so where is the bad fruit of this?
Ø They strawman saying it is 3 gods. 1 God, 3 persons. When they point to verses that say Jesus is not equal to the father, all they are doing is pointing out the difference of roles. It doesn’t even come close to arguing they are inequal ontologically. A wife is to submit to her husband, does this mean she is not equal to him? They misrepresent the Trinity when attacking it “The disgusting idolatry of the religions of Christendom…3 gods in one, the so-called godhead of some mysterious trinity…” (Watchtower 1984 Mar 1 p23) one might consider this to be a contradiction to the answers in the FAQ where they say they RESPECT other beliefs.
Ø Acts 7:59 stephen prays to Jesus. Of course NWT transates it appeal but what does the Greek say? Micah 5:2 says he was past everlasting and 1 Jn 1:2
Ø And why would there be multiple passages saying that Michael is only 'one of' the chief princes.
Ø They say Trinity developed at Nicaea in 4th century. Quotes from early church fathers like Polycarp, Ignatius, Justin Martyr, Irenaeus, Clement, Tertullian, Origen, Hippolytus etc.
Ø Without God coming and living perfectly, he is a hypocrite for judging us. Do as I say not as i do.
· NWT
Ø This is how they innoculate themselves from the truth. By changing the bible to fit their lies. For example, it always translates ‘proskuneo’ as worship unless it applies to Jesus.
Ø Dr. Bruce Metzger biggest name in world for Greek calls it a “frightful mistranslation erroneous, pernicious and reprehensible" And the Governing Body quote him to argue that 1 John 5:7-8 shouldn't be in the NT so they treat him as authoritative. Almost universally recognised as a dishonest and deceptive and biased mistranslation.
Ø Titus 2:13 and 2 Pet 1:1. Granville sharps rule, a standard grammatical rule in Greek clearly saying Jesus is God. God and Savior both apply to the name Jesus. They knew about this rule because it’s used everywhere else (2 Pet 1:11). The rule applies 100% of the time.
Ø They explicitly lie when they tell you they don’t need to use their translation…they do.
· God’s Name
Ø JW’s take a lot of pride in being th eonly ones to call God by his name but we know that Hebrew didn’t have a J but the founder of your religion didn’t know that. In fact no one knows how its pronounced so to make that a selling point for why you have the truth is really goofy. They love Joel 2:32 as much as I love Acts 2:21 and 4:12
· Spiritual Resurrection
Ø Luke 24:38-40. Plus empty tomb.
· Blood Transfusions
Ø You’re allowed Albumin (makes up 2.2% of blood) but not platelets (0.17%). Why?
Ø They use outdated medical information to prove their position. In one study of 125 JWs, 60% died from refusing. They are not martyrs, that assumes their premise is true. They are just gullible and deceived.
Ø What gives them the right to equate eating blood to a transufsion? They’re the only ones making this leap of logic but they don’t have to defend it? On average 3 JW’s die a day.
5. False Prophecy
· 1914
Ø “October 1914 will witness the full end of Babylon” (Watchtower 1911 Jun 15 p190)
Ø “The Watchtower and its companion publications of the Society, for 40 years emphasized the fact that 1914 would witness the establishment of God’s Kingdom and the complete glorification of the Church…All of the Lord’s people looked forward to 1914 with joyful expectation. When that time came and passed there was much disappointment, chagrin and mourning, and the Lord’s people were greatly in reproach; They were ridiculed by the clergy and their allies in particular, and pointed to with scorn, because they had said so much about 1914, and what would come to pass, and their prophecies and not been fulfilled.” (Light, Vol 1, page 194, 1930)
Ø Pretended it wasn’t them. “Many can remember how ‘absolutely sure’ some were about 1914. No doubt the Lord was pleased with the zeal manifested by his servants; but did they have a scriptural basis for all they expected to come to pass that year? Let us be cautious, therefore about predicting particulars.” (Watchtower 1925 Feb 15 p57).
Ø Pretended it really WAS fulfilled and that it was when the gentile times ended and Jesus started ruling in Heaven. “Very noteworthy was the striking accuracy with which that book pointed to the end of the gentile times, the appointed times of the nations” (Yearbook 1975 p37)
Ø Lied and rewrote history. “The Watchtower has consistently presented evidence to honest hearted students of Bible prophecy that Jesus’ presence in Heavenly Kingdom power began in 1914.” (Watchtower 1993 Jan 15 p5). And “JW’s pointed to the year 1914, decades in advance, as marking the start of ‘the start of the conclusion of the system of things.” (Awake 1973 Jan 22 p8). And “…in 1914, the bible students were not exactly sure what was going to happen, but they knew it would be a pivotal year.” (GB member Samuel Herd, 2016 documentary Thy Kingdom 100 years and Counting). And in 1915 reissued the 1914 journals with amendments to hide their mistakes (very humble). For example, a 1914 copy says “deliverance of the saints must take place sometime before 1914.” But was changed to “deliverance of the saints must take place very soon after 1914”. Which again, is still wrong! They do admit to the changes but not so humbly lie about it “These are all trivial and do not alter the real sense and lesson.” And “We did not say positively that this would be the year. We merely left every one to look at the facts of history and reckon for himself…” (Watchtower 1914 Nov 1 p325-326)
Ø Even if they did repent, the bible says to kill or at least never trust a false prophet after they’re proven wrong!
Ø This same pattern occurs for 1915, 1918, 1919, 1925, 1975. “There was a measure of disappointment on the part of Jehovah’s faithful ones on earth concerning the years 1917, 1918, 1925 which disappointment lasted for a time. And they also learned to quit fixing dates.”
Ø Did you know these all correlate to declining membership and doomsday predictions spike the numbers? Look at the flip flopping here. “Reports are heard of brothers selling their homes and property and planning to finish out the rest of their days in this old system in the pioneer service. Certainly this is a fine way to spend the short time remaining before the wicked world’s end.” (Kingdom Ministry may 1974 p3) “This has been a major influencing factor in many couples deciding not have children” (Awake 1974 Nov 8 p11). Some also cashed in their super, and cancelled health insurances.
Ø The respect that these extremists are given is hilarious after the condemnation that comes in (Watchtower 1976 Jul 15 p440-441). “It may have been that some who have been serving Gof have planned their lives according to a mistaken view of just what was to happen on a certain date or in a certain year. They may have, for this reason, put off or neglected things that they otherwise would have cared for. But they have missed the point of the bible’s warnings concerning the end of this system of things…” “Did Jesus mean that we should adjust our financial and secular affairs so that our resources would just carry us to a certain date that we might think marks the end...This is not the kind of thinking that Jesus advised…”
Ø Its interesting to note that in the watchtower index from 1935 to 1985 Deut 18:20 appears 3 times in total and from 1986 to 2006, no reference at all. This clearly touches a nerve with them.
Ø (Awake! Oct 8, pg 23) “true, there have been those in times past who predicted an ‘end to the world’ even announcing a specific date. Yet nothing happened. The ‘end’ did not come. They were guilty of false prophesying, why? What was missing? Missing from such people were God’s truths and evidence that he was using and guiding them” so Russell and GB never had God’s truth or evidence of guiding capacity? In that same year there was an article published called ‘why are you looking forward to 1975?’ whispering and predicting another date…. Awake! Pg 15.
6. Fruits
· Fluctuating Doctrine
Ø The doctrines that have held on the longest and based on the most amount of deceit and rhetoric, are usually the most fundamental. Otherwise, they would just change their stance as they tend to also do. It’s all about the GB’s own survival. For example, they have to argue that Jesus is Michael no matter how many ludicrous steps because they cannot get around certain passages indicating Jesus’ preexistence and higher rank over all the angels.
Ø They say they have never flip flopped on a doctrine. “At times explanations given by Jehovah’s visible organization have shown adjustments seemingly to previous points of view. But this has not actually been the case.” (Watchtower 1981, Dec 1, p27). They have flip flopped on Oral sex between married couples, interpretations on Revelation, Superior authorities, vaccines, civil service and organ transplants and plenty more.
Ø Not very humble and honest to say they have always had a consistent stance on vaccinations (Awake 1993 Aug 8 p25). At first, they said it was barbarous, evil and ineffective, and told followers to use their rights to abolish the practice (what like vote on it?) (Golden Age 1921 Oct 12 p17). Then “the matter of vaccination is one for the individual.” (1952 Dec 15 p764, Watchtower).
· Caught Misquoting Deceptively: “In summary, the writing department insists on using only material that is accurate and truthful, even regarding seemingly insignificant details. As a result, the FADS can consistently supply spiritual food that brings honor to the God of truth, Jehovah” (2011 Yearbook p13). This is another lie.
Ø Should You Believe in the Trinity?
Ø Watchtower “At first the Christian faith was not trinitarian…” The actual source “…was not trinitarian in the strictly ontological reference.” That same source distinguished between economic and ontological trinity. The same thing happens in the next
Ø Watchtower “They give us no formal or formulated doctrine of the trinity, no explicit teaching that in one God there are 3 co-equal divine persons.” Then they leave out the next sentence “But they do give us an elemental trinitarianism, the data from which such a formal doctrine of the triune God may be formulated.”
Ø They do that about 5 more times with other intentional and deceptive misquotations.
Ø Also in this article they quote early Church Fathers like Justin Martyr and Irenaeus and Clement of Alexandria and Tertullian and Hippolytus and Origen as if they are ante-nicene fathers who taught Unitarianism. Then when you show the quotes that they considered Jesus God they can just say paganism crept in. But (Watchtower 2002 May 15 p31) acknowledges that Tertullian taught the Trinity and in fact say he was the first to use the word.
Ø In (Watchtower 2017 Jul page 28 ‘Winning the Battle for your mind’”), they quote “Therefore, it is likely to be most effective if people…are discouraged from thinking critically.” This comes from a fuller quote that actually says “if people DO NOT HAVE ACCESS TO MULTIPLE SOURCES OF INFORMATION”. They insert the ellipsis there because the thesis of their article is trusting ONLY THEM. “you…need A source of information.” “Be determined to stick to Jehovah’s organization and loyally support the leadership he provides.” And in other articles they will deny even being leaders!
Ø They partially quote the Imperial Bible dictionary to say that stauros must mean stake. But fail to represent that it also says stauros was being used to refer to a cross in the first century. (Reasoning from the scriptures p89)
Ø Like the Trinity brochure, their 1985 creation book similarly misrepresents the content. When a scientific article states a problem, followed by its solution, the Watchtower ignores the solution and presents the problem as if it’s a death blow to evolution. Jan Haugland sources these. There are 69 misquotes in total. Clear evidence of confirmation bias, with absolutely all the reason in the world to think they have applied this to their doctrines and unique bible translation. Rama Singh points out the intellectual dishonesty of Awake! When they take him out of context.
· Stealing Fruits
Ø The watchtower dissaudes people form going into higher learning because it corrupts their cult like hold on people. And yet they’re more than willing to steal the fruits and labor of real christians who do scholarly work in all kinds of areas especially related to apologetics and wrestling with atheism and Islam. The Governing Body are thiefs and you would never know because you are told not to look at anything else.
· Misleading Statements
Ø They say it’s a myth that many JW’s die from needing blood transfusions and that the accusations that kids die each year is totally unfounded. But I think I found it-“JW do not argue that BT haven’t kept patients alive who otherwise might have died” and “in former times thousands of youths died for putting God first. They are still doing it, only today the drama is played out in hospitals and courtrooms, with blood transfusions the issue.” (Blood, Medicine and The Law of God p38 and Awake! 1994 May 22 p2).
Ø They say they never petition men for support or solicit money. Yet every year there is an article produced outlining how to donate and in Nov each year requests for money are made at meetings and in Watchtower publications.
Ø In the FAQ, they say that the GB are not the leaders of the organization. LIE! By any working definition they LEAD you. You need to “obey [them] to have Jehovah’s approval.”
Ø They say the bible is inerrant and uncorrupted leaning heavily on scholarship done by real Christians. Then in different articles they’ll tell you that apostate christians corrupted the texts.
Ø They say “unlike the Protestant movement, which has splintered into hundreds of denominations, JW have maintained a united global brotherhood.” (Watchtower 2009 Nov 1 p19). Wrong again. Russellites and bible student groups broke away particularly after his death. They would claim (rightly so) that Rutherford broke away from the true religion set up by Russell. And since the Romanian Witnesses were isolated during communism, with only access to Rutherford’s work, upon gaining freedom they were offended at the many doctrinal changes made and set up their own publications called ‘The True Faith JW’s’. And since the internet, there have been many break away sects.
Ø They make quite a point about unity but unity is like tolerance, without ACTUAL differences of opinion there isn’t any. It’s just uniformity. Everyone in North Korea has this “unity.” It’s easy to be unified when you ex-communicate someone who disagrees! It’s also backfires in a hypocritical sort of way because for most christian denominations we all consider each other to be saved brothers in the faith with secondary disagreements. Its JWS that think we’re all evil babylon! They divide themselves against everyone else! There’s more unity in Christendom then Kingdom Halls.
Ø They were caught after all their self-adulation. “JW’s are deeply concerned with the many ecological problems…More than most people, we appreciate that the earth was created to be a pure healthy home…It is thus right to make balanced, reasonable efforts to avoid needlessly adding to man’s ongoing spoiling of our globe.” (Watchtower 1993 Jan 1 p31). Article Chemicals found buried in Ulster by Adam Bosch in the Times Herald Dec 27, 2011). “Chemicals and debris that were found buried at Watchtower farms.” “Several 55 gallon drums”.
Ø They say they are the only ones preaching. ““Do you know of anyone else who preaches about God’s Kingdom from house to house throughout the world?” (Does God care? 2001 p30). “An important way in which we show love for our fellowmen is by witnessing to them about God’s Kingdom. Only one group of people is doing this work that Jesus foretold. These are JW’s.” (Watchtower 1994 Jun 1 p18). This is a weird argument to make, they have 8 million followers in a world with 8 billion people and at least half of all JWs baptized were raised with it. Christians and apologists are reaching hundreds of thousands very regularly in online debates against atheists and other religions. They are already inside the homes of millions on their screens. JW boast about an outdated method that is evidently nowhere near as effective. I agree that God is waiting patiently wishing that all would come to repent. But every day, the population increases by 215,000 but only 320 each day become a JW meaning every day that Armageddon is delayed, God has to destroy another 215,000 people. “Jehovah is dealing with people as a group in an organizational way…The growth of the organization and its spiritual prosperity today is visible proof of the truthfulness of this.” (Watchtower 1964 May 1 p285). Well if that’s proof then there decline and miniscule significance on the world stage should be complete proof that they are not God’s people. From 1996 to 2005, over 1 million publishers left the watchtower society.
· Hypocritically Working With U.N
Ø The Watchtower had involvement as an NGO associate member for U.N Dept of Public Information. Rescinded membership after 9 years a few days after it became known to everyone. Why did they never tell their followers? Maybe because they spent decades condemning Christendom for holding U.N NGO status (Watchtower 1991 Jun 1 p17 and others).
Ø To achieve the staus they had they were required to a) share the ideals of the U.N Charter b) demonstrate interest in U.N issues and c) be able to reach a targeted audience and commit to share U.N information. Strange since Watchtower used to speak so apocalyptic about the U.N. Now they said even being a janitor at a blood bank was bad so how much more this? Their tone shifted dramatically after joining.
Ø They once again lied to everyone when justifying why they joined. Claiming they just wanted access to UN libraries (despite not needing UN membership). Plus even if that were true, they joined what they once deemed a satanic entity over a library card? It claims to have left because the criteria for association changed. ANOTHER LIE. No apology or admittance of wrongdoing. Just lies.
· Conducive to Abuse
Ø The policies they had about accepting testimony of sin against a believer coincidentally changed at the same time the public became vocal. They are folowing perception and public opinion not God.
· Markers of a Cult
Ø As assessed by Robert Lifton who conducted a groundbreaking study in the 50’s of mind control techniques by studying captured American pilots converted to communist ideology. Dr. Margaret Singer summarizes his work into 8 points that all fit for the Watchtower.
ü Information control
ü Mystical Manipulation. The ‘higher purpose’ and ‘special calling’ of the group. (Zion’s Watchtower 1906 Jul 15, p234) and (Preparation p64) and (Watchtower 2022 Feb pg4)
ü Strict Ethical Demands. (Watchtower 1988, Jan 15 p10)
ü Cult of Confession. (Watchtower 1989 Oct 1 p 18)
ü Sacred Science. Completely accepting group think. Not subject to amendments, at least not by followers. (Watchtower 2001 Aug 1 p14) and (Watchtower 1962 Sep 1 p524).
ü Loaded Language. A vocabulary that promotes in group think. Creates black and white mentality. ‘the truth’ ‘new system’ ‘worldly people’ ‘disfellowship’ ‘God’s Kingdom’, ‘Babylon’.
ü Doctrine over Person. Experiences are filtered through the doctrine, regardless of accuracy. (Kingdom Ministry Feb 2002 p 1).
ü Dispensing of Existence. Salvation only possible with participation. Those who leave are doomed. (Watchtower 1989 Sep 1 p19) and a good one (Watchtower 1981 Aug 15 p29).
ü Indicators of an excessive control group is strictness, unquestioning obedience, claims of unique teaching of truth, salvation through the group alone, shunning of dissenters, discouraging other sources, lying about history. There are over 10,000 groups that all fit these. This is why they appear on lists of cults. What they don’t realize is how uninspired and not unique they are.
ü Controlling almost every facet of life for the follower, hair, beards, clothing, tattoos, movies, music, dancing, gambling, smoking, political involvement, physical and sexual intimacies, holidays, meeting attendance, hours witnessing for the cause. But the NT does not give a long list of rules and regulations but principles. Indicating a lot more freedom than the Watchtower allows.
ü Keeping them too busy to think for themselves and step out of the matrix. Which was admitted by Rutherford in (Watchtower 1944 Apr 1 p112).
ü Emotional control. Fear of Armageddon and being shunned by everyone they know and love. Obligation and guilt in doing everything you can for God’s Kingdom because of the emphasis on works. To the point where they cannot be included in fellowship if they aren’t doing enough.
ü They use persuasive/brainwashing techniques used by lawyers and politicians. Starting with a “yes set”, a bunch of basic propositions everyone would agree to, once you get the heads nodding in agreement you bring in the truisms, then the suggestion. Since you have been agreeing up until now, you have been primed to accept the rest.
ü They have had it drummed into them “Where else would I go?” This exposes a bias when faced with a hard truth about the belief. The question does not answer whatever challenge their view is taking. It is in essence saying I can’t afford to deal with this because they are my only hope. Many high control groups drum this in. Russel Ballard a Mormon leader has been quoted as saying “If you leave the Mormon church, where will you go?” They all quote Peter in John 6 but he was literally talking about JESUS and HIS WORDS, do you think Jesus would like men putting themselves in his place?? And he didn’t even say WHERE he said WHO else.
ü Attacking them is the equivalent of attacking God. This has clearly been shown in the quotes above but it has been pointed out by Professor Daniel Taylor has something NOT UNIQUE, “…questioning the institutions is synonymous, for many, with attacking God, something not to be tolerated. Supposedly they are protecting God…Actually, they are protecting themselves…”
7. Conclusion
· “…really, would you want to be even associated with a religion that had not been honest with you?” (Is this life all there is? p46)
· “a religion that teaches lies cannot be true.” (Watchtower 1991 Dec 1 p7) and “Knowing these things what will you do? It is obvious that the true God who is himself ‘the God of truth’ and who hates lies, will not look with favor on persons who cling to organizations that teach falsehood. And really, would you want to be even associated with a religion that had not been honest with you?” (IS this life all there is p46).
· What would they need to say or do for you to realize they are deceiving all their followers? Because from the outside its clear as day so how are you testing the spirits and what falsification test have you set up for yourself? They tell you not to look at other material of any sort of “apostates” and they call anything that doesn’t come from them “propaganda” they are shutting you off from everything outside of them. We know abusive narcisisstic partners do this to their spouses. Where is the biblical support for running away from opposing viewpoints and ideas? This is why you’re numbers are s low and are going to stay low. You can’t defend your ideas but the truth can defend itself. You don’t have it.
